The U.S. non-residential roof market accounts for approximately 60% of all U.S. roofs. Over a 30 year life span, Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof systems have proven to provide a cost savings of between 10% and 50% less on average than comparably insulated membrane roof systems.

Sprayed Polyurethane Foam has been used as a roofing and insulation material for over 45 years. During this time, foam roofing systems have proven to be dependable, long lasting, and very affordable. Today there are foam roofs that have been in place for decades, and by all appearances they should be able to last indefinitely as long as they are properly maintained.

Spray Polyurethane Foam roofs carry a UL 790, class A Rating, which is the highest Fire Resistance Rating obtainable.
